It seems that Illinois’ new (so-far-seemingly-non-corrupt) Governor, Pat Quinn, is looking out for kids in the Land of Lincoln. The use of social networking sites like Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter by registers sex offenders will be a felony in Illinois as of Jan 1, 2010.
