Guns for Chicago! POW-POW-POW!
Hey, Hey! If you live in Chicago, it’s time to shoot your guns in the air like you just don’t care!
Yes, Chicagoans, despite what King (aka The Mayor) Daley says, the U.S. Constitution applies to you heathens as well. Richard (or more aptly, Dick) Daley has fought hard to keep handguns out of the hands of the law-abiding citizans of Chicago for some time. However, gang-bangers, drug-dealers, car-jackers and other such scoundrels have been shooting freely for years.
Chicago citizens are now on the cusp of being able to protect themselves and their property. Why has it taken nearly 30 years!? Why has Chicago been beyond the reach of our Constitution for so long? Crazy. Welcome to the United States of America, Chicago; it’s real nice to have you here!
I think it’s time for the fine people of Chicago to celebrate. Why not get a gun and squeeze off a few rounds in Grant Park to celebrate the Supreme Court’s momentous, but long overdue ruling?
