Open Letter to God – Gmail is Down, Oh Misery
I cannot access my gmail email account. If you are listening, please give me my gmail back. Why are you punishing me so? Why have you foresaken the gmail servers – casting them from your midst? There are very important things in there that Google is holding hostage from me.
This is bad. This is so very, very bad. Gmail is down God, please bring it back. When gmail is down, I feel so alone, so helpless. Please don’t make me have to peer into the emptiness of my being any longer. Bring back the countless messages I receive by the minute – the shopping tips, Facebook updates, the newsletters… What will I do without my gmail access? What will become of me? Gmail is down God… When will Gmail be back up? Are you listening? Do you use gmail too?

So the time frame of “the near future” is only an estimate? So that may change to the far future?

fyi, you can use this backdoor to get back into your email. sometimes you’ll need to try it a couple of times before it works. did it just now and it’s working for me! yippee! https://mail.google.com/mail/#inbox
Any gmail outage makes me feel like I am talking to myself. Nothing much gets done without email! This outage is painful today.
