Bill O’Reilly Bashing and Rachel Maddow
I wanted to chime in on something I’ve noticed online recently… There is an awful lot of Bill O’Reilly bashing going on out there. I don’t really understand why.
Of all the news show hosts out there, I do feel that Bill O’Reilly is generally pretty fair. Do I think he leans to the right? Yes, I do think his personal preference is to the right, but he does make an honest effort to be fair on his show. I’ve noticed him taking on screwballs from both the Republican and Democratic parties. Bashing O’Reilly seems like the ‘hip’ thing for liberals to do lately. They try to demonize him as some whack-job, hardcore Republican, but I don’t see it. It’s pretty clear that many of the folks bashing him have never watched his show (The O’Reilly Factor is a really decent show by the way).
For shits-and-grins, I tuned in to MSNBC and watched the Rachel Maddow Show last night. Holy-Shit! Seriously? What is that guy’s problem? He doesn’t even try to hide his loathsome liberal bias. He rants and raves like a teenager about all the conservative evils. There isn’t even the slightest attempt to bring an unbiased political view to the table. Am I missing something? Rachel Maddow is a joke.
By-the-way, someone should tell this dude to use his middle-name or a stage-name. ‘Rachel’ is almost always a woman’s name.
