My lackey field reporter, Mark, has just told me of this: Quinn signs sex offender crackdown laws
It seems that Illinois’ new (so-far-seemingly-non-corrupt) Governor, Pat Quinn, is looking out for kids in the Land of Lincoln. The use of social networking sites like Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter by registered sex offenders will be a felony in Illinois as of Jan 1, 2010.
I think it’s a great step forward towards weeding these vermin out of society completely… Thumbs up Pat!
